Assessment: P appears to be in overall good health according to vitals and brief PE. Current disease process affecting this P cannot be completely r/o at this time.
Valgus back legs. Seen no pain. Gait issue. Overweight, obesity. Multiple small mass not ulcerated on his niples and between his ears (3cm to 6 cm).
