General appearance: BAR, BCS 8/9, FAS 0-1/5; Vitals: WNL PE findings: unremarkable Assessment: P appears to be in overall good health according to vitals and brief PE. Current disease process affecting this P cannot be completely r/o at this time. Valgus back legs. Seen no pain. Gait issue. Overweight, obesity. Multiple small mass not ulcerated on his niples and between his ears (3cm to 6 cm). Vaccines/prev care services: Interceptor SD/ Credelio SD Recheck: Return in 30 DAYS to continue preventive care protocol, or sooner if P shows any signs of illness. Prev care services: Interceptor Plus [ 50.1-100lbs]: 1 chew given PO once. Repeat q30d Credelio tablet 50.1-100lbs PO SD Recheck: Return in 30 DAYS to continue preventive care protocol, or sooner if P shows any signs of illness. Client education: Sugested the foster to use chest leash to control and handle the animal, insted collar (was choking because the animal is very hyper and strong).
