A2249195Thursday, 23 March, 2023Foster brought in for 30 day check up; P's rash on chest appears to have resolved. Foster has given 3 baths and notes that P has started shedding more and appears to have lost interest in food and has recently had a nose bleed. Discussed with foster that some breeds shed seasonally (including short haired breeds) or may shed more post bathing; to try incorporating wet food with her current food (dry kibble) as she devoured all the wet food provided during visit - do not currently suspect the apoquel is the reason for appetite loss but reiterated the importance of continuity with this particular medication. Informed foster that epistaxis can happen in dogs/cats when a blood vessel bursts from a strong sneeze - foster confirms Talula does randomly sneeze, which may be due to environmental allergies. During exam P was very active, happy and overall appeared to be loving life!Thursday, 23 March, 2023 1:42PMMedical
