A2194500Monday, 14 November, 2022Officer 3204 11/14/22 Prior to taking Stefan out of the cage he seems really excited and was barking at me. I offered him a treat and he immediately calmed down and allowed me to take him out using a leash. Stefan seems to be somewhat potty trained since he used the bathroom outside on our short walk before leaving the shelter. I brought Stefan to Snyder Park and spent some time there alone with him. There were other dogs in the vicinity but Stepfn didn't seem too interested in them unless they came really close to the gate, even when the dogs approached the gate Stefan did not show any signs of overstimulation and he was not barking or growling at the other animals. After Snyder Park I took Stefan out for a puppuccino that he enjoyed very much. Stefan did get a little restless in the car and began to whine so I took him out to the beach where we spent the remainder of the day immediately after arriving Stefan was very affectionate and wanted nothing but just but to sit next to me and give a couple kisses. Stefan seems to be a low energy and wants to be in your company more than anything. FAS stayed between 0 and 1our entire time out. great dog for a calm household...3204Monday, 14 November, 2022 11:16AMNote

A2194500Saturday, 04 February, 2023Broward Buddies Date: 2-4-23 STEFAN, Animal ID #A2194500 had a super good time on his Broward Buddies date. Stefan jumped into the car and immediately stayed on the floor in the backseat. Stefan is a happy boy. Stefan is very affectionate and welcomes petting from everyone. He loves to be touched and petted. He will give you a surprise lick and a kiss to show you how happy he is. Such a sweet boy! Stefan walks best with a harness but does walk gently at times too. He has done a couple of Play Groups with mixed reviews. The Shelter is very stressful, and he may be okay with other dogs with a slow and proper introduction. He doesn't lunge or bark at other dogs in the Shelter yard. He also didn't pay attention to the dogs in the distance in the park. Stefan ignored the birds in the park but did pull toward the iguanas and squirrels. Stefan is THREE years old and just a wonderful love bug. Come meet this darling boy, STEFAN at BROWARD COUNTY ANIMAL CARE AND ADOPTIONSaturday, 04 February, 2023 1:50PMBehavior
