Friendly with staff but can be very reactive through the run toward other dogs. Has begun jumping up and down in the kennel upsetting neighboring dogs. Pulls very hard on the leash and even harder when another dog is in her line of sight. No issues when entering or putting her back in the run.

She is very strong and very dog reactive. (she might soon redirect, a couple of times now she has grabbed my leash when i pull her away from the other dogs)
Not all staff can walk her.
She can be very loving outside, with out distractions.
She knows sit, is housebroken, and treat motivated.
Nica attempts to play or get my attention, but she doesnt understand how strong she is.

Nica is becoming more and more difficult to take out of her run. She is difficult to leash due to her reactive behavior in the kennel, jumping and running all over the place. On the leash, she yanks and pulls hard throughout the entire duration of our walk. She is also extremely barrier reactive and dog reactive, and will go after any dog she sees, whether they are outside or in their runs. I am able to walk her, but it is not enjoyable. She needs to be the only dog in the home to any potential adopters. They also need to be physically capable of handling her safely.

|A2064762||Monday, 29 March, 2021||Nica needs an experienced adopter and a yard to release her energy, and no other pets. she does pull very hard on leash. there are staff that have alot of trouble taking her in or out of kennel, or cant walk her at all.
i have noticed her being people selective. Nica was here before i personally walked her alot. i am able to handle her a bit easier because she listens to my vocal corrections. if i say "no" she cowards down and sits, she even gives me hugs (i think she has a bit of seperation anxiety, from people she is familiar with. again i have worked with her longer.
she can be very loving to people she feels comfortable with.||Monday, 29 March, 2021 3:30PM||Behavior|

|A2064762||Wednesday, 07 April, 2021||She is very difficult to get her leashed from her kennel, as she jumps into your chest and legs while spinning back forth between the kennel door and person until she is leashed and out. If dogs are present, she will pull and growl towards them otherwise she is seeking from one door to the next for dogs. She is very strong on the leash and progresses more when another dog is in view. In the yard, she is very hyper and will chase the toy balls until her eyes caught another dog then her focus is drilled on them while she paces them, throwing balls can distract her. Nica can be affectionate but she can be too much as she will climb on and nudge between arms and legs as a way of her showing her "love" and she can be pretty mouthy.||Wednesday, 07 April, 2021 3:26PM||Behavior|

|A2064762||Thursday, 03 June, 2021||Nica's behavior continues to decline.
she can now climb over her kennel (because she is so dog reactive). she was moved to a kennel with cover.
in her kennel she does not stop jumping most of the day, especially during are busy walking time. she runs laps against the walls upsetting neighboring dogs.
for me to walk her in/out of kennel, i must lock over every single dog (even non reactive dogs) so she will not cage fight, but she still looks for them.
outside she used to give me more attention, now she is more focused on looking for dogs even at a far distance.
i can get her to sit and pet her but she does not want anything to do with me.
she continues to be selective with staff, she was introduced a potential foster, and almost bit another staff member. she was not let off leash because we do not trust her with strangers.
it is getting more difficult to take her out.
